This page is where I keep a log of how much time I spend on the restoration of Eugene.  This should help to give you an idea of just how long these projects take.

9/26 Tear motor down, weld frame, paint frame 8.5
9/27-10/1 Axle Disassembly/small projects 8
10/4 Rear drum/brake disassembly 3
10/5-10/7 New engine disassembly and rebuild 12
10/8-10/14 Bolt up axles, install brakes & tires 15
10/16 Install steering 2
10/17-10/22 Clean and paint motor accessories, install brake lines.  Clean and paint tranny. Tinker. 22
10/23-10/31 Install brake lines, bleed brakes 4
11/1 Install clutch and tranny, install motor in chassis 2
11/2-11/4 Clean, rebuild, paint transfer case 6
11/6 Install clutch linkage, driveshafts, exhaust, torque head, install fuel pump. 8
11/11 Begin bodywork, remove toolbox and quarter panel. 6
11/14 Remove/replace floor, repair right taillight panel 9
11/17 Repair fenderwell, fill holes 3
11/21 Fill holes, repair toolbox & spare tire support, prep fenderwell for 1/4 panel 4
11/28 Install 1/4 panel, spare tire support, patch front 1/4, install passenger hat channel 6
12/30 Welded in drivers side patch panels 2
12/4 Installed driver's side hat channel, bow pockets, welded holes 6
12/13 Installed 1/4 panel brace, toolbox 2
12/16 Weld firewall holes, sand 3
12/20 Repair tail light panels 2
12/27-12/30 Prepare body, sand, paint 34
